Being an Nd: Vanadate Laser, the TruMark 2130 is a versatile marking tool. The complete laser system is air cooled. Independent fans for supply unit and laser head allow to operate the system at ambient temperatures up to 40°C. The active cooling of the laser head enables random orientation mounting. Equipped with an internal focal point adjustment, TruMark 2130 is capable of moving the focus position vertically by up to +/- 24 mm. The combination of high pulse-peak power, brilliant laser light, small spot and excellent pulse-to-pulse stability enables most delicate marking results in plastics. In addition, the TruMark 2130 handles other standard processes such as ablation, engraving or annealing on metals. Regardless of whether you want to create graphics, lettering or data matrix codes, or if the material to be marked changes at times – the TruMark 2130 is sufficiently flexible to meet all demands. Due to that the TruMark 2130 appears to be tailor-made for specific marking purposes, but stays as easy to maintain as off-the-shelf equipment. The 19” chassis containing the power supply unit complies with standard industrial dimensions and can therefore be integrated easily into control cabinets.
